Women Leaders in Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology

Please join us for an intimate faculty development evening discussing female leadership in Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (OHNS). We have invited four outstanding women leaders in Ophthalmology and OHNS to discuss their experiences with leadership including the triumphs, trials, and tribulations along the way. Our panel will consist of the following 4 speakers: Helene Boisjoly (former Chair of Ophthalmology and now Dean of Medicine, Universite de Montreal), Carol Bradford (Executive Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, University of Michigan), Joan Miller (Chair of Ophthalmology, Harvard Medical School, Chief of Ophthalmology at Mass Eye and Ear and Mass General), and Jennifer Brunet-Colvey (Executive Director and CEO of the COS). This promises to be an intimate, informative and inclusive night and we hope both our female and male colleagues will join us to learn about the issues faced by current female leaders in our fields.
