This year, the Annual Research Day will be held in personon Friday,May 22nd, 2026 at Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute, 209 Victoria St, Toronto, ON M5B 1T8.
Submission instructions:

We will NOT accept abstracts after 23:59 on January 23d, 2026.
There will be an abstract committee that will rank the abstracts.
The top abstracts will be selected for an oral or poster presentation.
The principal supervisor of the research project must be an active University of Toronto Faculty member.
The prizes for different categories include:
Alumni Award for Best Resident Paper
John Gaby Prize for Best Clinical Fellow Paper
Best Medical Student Paper
Dr. Martin J. Steinbach Award for Best VSRP/Masters/PhD student/Research Fellow Paper
Best Poster Award
