Objectives:

1. To highlight potential considerations for faculty with the expanding academic environment in Toronto
2. To raise awareness of the potential implications of the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act (“Bill 60”) and out of hospital facilities on the learning environment
3. Through a sample of case scenarios, to highlight Temerty Faculty of Medicine policies pertaining to conflict of commitment and conflict of interest
